These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and FlowADHD ("we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the FlowADHD application, website, and all related services (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account, clicking "Get Started", or otherwise accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.
FlowADHD is a productivity and task management application designed to assist users — including those with ADHD — in organising tasks, scheduling work, and building focus habits. Features include, but are not limited to: AI-powered task scheduling, microtask generation, brain dump analysis, a focus timer, a hesitation coach, energy check-ins, tough mode motivational messages, push notifications, cross-device sync, and calendar integration.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes in advance.
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use FlowADHD. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement.
You may not impersonate others, create accounts on behalf of others without consent, or use automated means to create accounts in bulk.
FlowADHD offers a free tier providing access to core features at no charge. The free plan is provided "as is". We reserve the right to modify the scope of the free tier at any time with reasonable notice to existing users.
FlowADHD Pro is a paid subscription available on a monthly ($8.00 USD/month) or annual ($72.00 USD/year) basis. All prices are in US dollars and exclude any applicable taxes.
30-day free trial. New Pro subscribers receive a 30-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to begin the trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends on day 31. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. Only one free trial per user.
Automatic renewal. After the trial or at the end of each billing period, your payment method is automatically charged unless you cancel before the renewal date. Subscriptions renew on a recurring basis (monthly or annually).
Annual billing. Annual plans are billed as a single upfront payment. No partial refunds are provided for unused months within an annual billing period, except where required by applicable law.
Price changes. We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Existing subscribers will receive at least 30 days' notice before a price change takes effect.
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time via Settings → Billing → Manage Subscription or by contacting us at hello@flowadhd.com.
Upon cancellation:
We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods, except at our sole discretion or as required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days of the charge.

8.1 AI features are suggestions only. All outputs generated by AI features within FlowADHD — including but not limited to: task schedules, microtask breakdowns, priority rankings, brain dump summaries, hesitation coaching messages, Stuck Coach responses, Tough Mode messages, energy-based task reordering, and bell notifications — are automatically generated suggestions only. They are not instructions, commands, or professional advice of any kind.
8.2 Not professional advice. AI-generated content within FlowADHD does not constitute and must not be interpreted as medical advice, psychological advice, psychiatric advice, therapeutic advice, clinical advice, legal advice, financial advice, or any other form of professional advice. FlowADHD is a productivity tool, not a healthcare service. We are not licensed healthcare providers, therapists, psychologists, or counsellors.
8.3 Not a substitute for professional support. If you have ADHD, a mental health condition, or any other health concern, you should seek guidance from a qualified healthcare professional. Nothing in FlowADHD — including the Stuck Coach, hesitation coach, Tough Mode messages, or any other AI-generated coaching content — is a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic care. Do not rely on FlowADHD in place of treatment, therapy, or professional guidance.
8.4 No warranty on AI accuracy. AI-generated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, inappropriate, or unsuitable for your specific circumstances. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, suitability, or availability of any AI-generated content. The quality and relevance of AI outputs can vary significantly and are not guaranteed.
8.5 User assumes all risk for AI features. Your use of all AI-powered features — including task scheduling, microtask generation, brain dump processing, hesitation coaching, Stuck Coach, Tough Mode messages, energy matching, push notifications, and any other AI output — is entirely at your own risk. You are solely responsible for reviewing, evaluating, and deciding whether to act on any AI-generated suggestion. FlowADHD accepts no responsibility for the outcome of any decision made in reliance on AI-generated content.
8.6 No liability for missed tasks or deadlines. FlowADHD is not liable for any missed tasks, missed deadlines, missed appointments, missed obligations, or any consequences — personal, professional, financial, legal, or otherwise — arising from your use of the Service, your reliance on AI-generated schedules or suggestions, or your failure to use the Service. Time-sensitive or critical obligations must be managed independently and must not be entrusted solely to any app or AI system.
8.7 Tough Mode and coaching messages. FlowADHD includes an optional feature called "Tough Mode" that delivers more direct motivational messages, and a hesitation coach that provides AI-generated responses to emotional or psychological blocks. These messages are generated by a third-party AI model and are not reviewed by human professionals. They may not be appropriate for all users, particularly those experiencing significant mental health difficulties. If you are in crisis or experiencing a mental health emergency, please contact a qualified professional or emergency services immediately.
8.8 Push notifications. Push notifications sent by FlowADHD are automated reminders and may not reflect real-time changes to your schedule or circumstances. We are not responsible for any harm, loss, or inconvenience arising from reliance on push notifications, including notifications that are delayed, not delivered, or inaccurate.
8.9 Third-party AI provider. AI features are powered by OpenAI's API. We are not responsible for the behaviour, availability, or outputs of OpenAI's systems. OpenAI's own terms of service and usage policies apply to AI-generated content.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we expressly disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to: implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.
We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that any defects will be corrected. We do not warrant that the service will meet your specific requirements or expectations.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FlowADHD, its owners, operators, employees, agents, affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages of any kind, including but not limited to: loss of data, loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of business, loss of goodwill, loss of opportunity, personal injury, emotional distress, or any other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with:
This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise) under which the claim is brought, even if FlowADHD has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to these terms or the service shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total amount you paid to FlowADHD in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) fifty US dollars ($50.00).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FlowADHD and its operators, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any content you submit through the Service.
The FlowADHD name, logo, design, interface, and underlying code are our intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.
Content you create — your tasks, notes, and other data — remains yours. We claim no ownership over your content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store and process your content solely to provide and improve the Service.
You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Account → Delete Account. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, cause harm to other users or the Service, or if required to do so by law. We will provide notice where feasible.
Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends immediately. Sections covering AI disclaimers, warranties, liability, indemnification, and intellectual property survive termination.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction in which FlowADHD operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the courts of the applicable jurisdiction, as determined by applicable law.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will provide at least 14 days' notice by email or by a prominent notice within the Service before the new Terms take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance.
